Our Lady of Pity

Our Lady of Pity will provide approximately 260 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for low-income individuals and families, with 60 units reserved for youth aging out of foster care. Catholic Guardian Services (CGS) will deliver on-site support for these 60 units. The development will include first floor offices for CGS and community facility spaces to support residents. It will adhere to environmental, energy-efficient, and sustainable design. The project is expected to close construction financing in 2027. Occupancy is expected in 2029.
