St. Joseph Apartments, located on the site for the former St. Joseph Church, will provide 125 units for families with incomes 40 to 70% of Area Median Income (AMI). The remaining units will be reserved for supportive housing tenants and served by the Catholic Charities Community Services’ Beacon of Hope Program with a full array of on-site support services. Occupancy is expected in 2028.
