St. Anselm Apartments is a newly completed 12-story, 126-unit affordable and supportive housing development in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. Of its units, 62 are affordable apartments for families earning between 40–70% AMI, and 63 are supportive homes for chronically homeless families, individuals, and survivors of domestic violence. Onsite services are provided by Nazareth Housing. Resident amenities include free Wi-Fi, laundry, bike storage, community rooms, a library opening to a landscaped yard, and offices for supportive services.
