St. Vincent de Paul is located on the former parking lot of the San Vicente De Paul Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. It provides 88 units of housing for low-income senior citizens. The Project includes 62 project-based Section 8 vouchers through NYCHA and 26 units supported through the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI).
